30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return.

Item Condition:
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and shipped back with the original packaging.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases within the United Kingdom.

Return Costs

1. Defective or Incorrect Products – FREE

There is no cost to you when:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged by the carrier

We will cover all return shipping costs.

2. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

You will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost if:

  • You ordered the wrong product

  • The item doesn’t fit

  • You no longer want the item

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:
    Email our support team at support@dviina.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack Your Item:
    Repack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email and drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Process

Inspection:
We will inspect the returned item once it arrives at our facility.

Refund:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Your bank/payment provider may take an additional up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?
Just contact us at support@dviina.com, and we will happily help you exchange your item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be marked as non-returnable.
